Mission description

NAVIRIS is a joint venture equally hold by Fincantieri and Naval Group created to facilitate the decision-making process and make the execution of the project/order more efficient.
With headquarters in Genoa (Italy) and some engineering and project team in Ollioules (France), the Naviris team will follow binational and export projects in agreement with the Franco-Italian management and the parent companies.
Naviris is working on HRZ-MLU (Frigate Horizon Mid Life Upgrade) program, which will generate approximately 1 Miard € revenues over 8 years (2023-2031). It works with 6 major suppliers thereof Naval Group and Fincantieri, and ca 40 employees are involved within the company.
 
   
The Program Financial Controller M/F will work on three main areas:
 
Program Financial Controlling:
 
·         Control of supplier invoices based on payment plan and milestones acceptance
·         Follow up of the process “purchase to pay” of supplier invoices
·         Coordination / Monitoring of supplier’s progress reports for revenue recognition
·         Cash-flow management (forecast and actuals)
·         Program actualization at completion (revenues, costs, cash, provisions for risks,…)
·         Preparation and participation to NAVIRIS program financial reviews and to internal project reviews, variance analysis, contribution to improvement plans
·         Contribution to the NAVIRIS business plan
·         Interaction with the project team and the finance Naviris team
 

Sales administration:
 
·         Preparation of the sales invoices based on payment plan and milestones acceptance, in compliance with VAT rules within Europe and export control regulation
·         VOP (Variation of Price) full management, from calculation to invoicing
·         Contact with the customer (OCCAR) on invoices and payments

 
Bids and Offers:
 
·         Elaboration of the Financial part of the offers (options or ECP Engineering Change Proposal): payment plans and prices
·         Integration of the offers after activation into the program global financial plan and milestones

Profile

  Background: financial background (university or business school) or engineering studies to be applied to Finance matters.

· Competences: working experience (5-10 years) in project controlling, cost controlling or in bids / offer teams in charge of the economical topics. He/she should have advanced skills in Excel and be comfortable with the office suite.

· Language: English is necessary, knowledge of either Italian or French is a plus.

· Personal skills: the candidate should show some curiosity at work, be open to interact with people from different cultures. He / she should be autonomous and has the capacity to do by himself, be organized and reactive. He/ She has good ability to communicate.
